Jesse White is a highly skilled master carpenter and licensed residential contractor with more than 25 years of hands-on construction experience. His expertise spans every phase of residential construction, including site development, structural framing, finish carpentry, custom cabinetry, landscaping, plumbing, residential electrical systems, HVAC coordination, drywall finishing, masonry, and numerous other construction disciplines. His comprehensive understanding of the building process enables him to successfully manage projects from initial site preparation through final completion.

Since 2023, Jesse has personally built nine custom homes and has provided construction leadership on more than 25 residential homes since 2021. His extensive field experience, combined with his commitment to quality craftsmanship and attention to detail, makes him an invaluable leader for HBL, LLC’s custom home developments.

In addition to his construction expertise, Jesse is an accomplished operations and project manager with extensive experience recruiting, supervising, and leading teams of up to 90 employees, as well as coordinating large groups of volunteers. He has successfully established performance standards, implemented efficient operational processes, and fostered both the personal and professional growth of the teams under his leadership. As a Lean-thinking professional, Jesse emphasizes process improvement, quality control, and the documentation of best practices to ensure consistency, efficiency, and exceptional project execution.
